Thumbelina Puppet Show at the Book Lounge this Saturday for Storytime

Aren’t we lucky? Suzanne, from Golden Bridge Tales, will come and do a Thumbelina Puppet Show for us today for story time.
The story revolves around a young fairy who is born out of an enchanted flower. Her mother Mildred fetches her welcome surprise of fairy cup-cakes and while her back is turned Thumbelina disappears. She has been taken to a nearby pond by a Frog. Thumbelina embarks on a magical adventure and meets many kind animals who teach her wonderful things! She is finally reunited with her mother and lives happily ever after
Story time is every Saturday at 11am. -

We can touch books, we can see books, we can hear stories read from books, if we were all book-eating children, we could taste books and when you stick your nose right into the heart of a book, you most definitely can smell them! Today we are looking at our senses and how they make us who we are.
Storytime is at the Book Lounge every Saturday at 11am.

Healthy Eating at the Book Lounge this Saturday

Vegetabls are so good for us, but they get a lot of bad press, so today we will read some funny vegetable stories and eat some too (the vegetables not the story)
